Peach and Basil Salsa
I don’t remember where I got this recipe, so I can’t give credit.
4 ripe Peaches, pitted and diced
3 tbsp fresh Basil, minced
1/4 Red Onion, minced
a splash of Balsamic vinegar (around 1 tsp)
Salt to taste
Optional hot peppers
Combine ingredients and enjoy!
This is awesome on grilled, fish, chicken and pork, as well as on tortilla chips.
