For many years I have had this simple and easy to make recipe.

Ingredients:

2 Cups freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese (don’t use pre-shredded cheese – it is too dry)

2 sticks of butter at room temperature

2 cups of flour

2 Cups Rice Cereal

2 TBS of fresh chopped rosemary

*Optional a dusting of Cayenne on each cracker

*Optional additional sprinkle of fresh rosemary on top of crackers

Mix the room temperature butter and cheese, then add the cereal.  Slowly incorporate the flour and then the fresh rosemary.

Form into small balls and place on a cookie sheet.  Use a fork to flatten and form a crisscross design.  Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown.  Enjoy!
